cascadeflow is our open-source runtime, distributed under the MIT license. Your use of the source code is governed by that license, available in the project repository, not by these Terms.

cascadeflow Studio is our commercial product. Access to Studio is governed by a separate commercial agreement between you and Lemony Inc.; these Terms cover only this marketing website.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Intellectual property

Except for open-source materials under their own licenses, the content, trademarks, and branding on this site are owned by Lemony Inc. and may not be used without permission.

4. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability
